QUALITY MANAGEMENT System

We adopted Policy A-700 as our quality assurance policy on August 9, 2013. That policy establishes our Quality Assurance program and applies it to all aspects of our work, including all employees and contractors who collect or analyze data, or conduct modeling. The policy includes definitions, provides guidelines for scientific review, and describes the our quality assurance responsibilities.

The Puget Sound Partnership is responsible for overseeing the restoration of Puget Sound. This work involves compiling, assessing, collecting, and reporting on environmental and other technical information. We use this information to inform the public, make decisions, recommend actions, measure performance, and track implementation.

Quality Management Plan

Our Quality Management Plan describes the processes and policies we use to ensure that the quality of our technical information supports our actions and decisions. It applies to all of our staff, contractors, and subaward recipients. As part of this plan, we also prepare a Quality Report to Management every three years.
